Stage 1

  1. Pay the reservation fee of $2,500. Upon this payment, you will be guaranteed to receive a Gardenvity wood fired hot tub from our next shipment.
  2. The reservation fee does not depend on the size and/or model of the hot tub, however, you are required to select hot tub size. You will not be allowed to change your order after the reservation fee payment.
  3. We will provide a list of available accessories you can pre-order before Stage 2.
  4. Payment for accessories will be included in Stage 3.
  5. You will be required to make a payment with a credit card on the Gardenvity Australia website.


Stage 2

  1. We will invoice you $3,500 once the hot tubs leave our factory and are on the ship from Europe. This payment is independent of the hot tub size.
  2. You will be emailed an invoice and required to make the payment within 14 days.
  3. We anticipate the shipment to depart Europe in mid to late February 2022.


Stage 3

  1. One week before the hot tubs arrive in Australia, you will need to pay the outstanding balance.
  2. The outstanding balance may include the following:
    • Remaining hot tub cost
    • Accessories
    • Door to door delivery
    • Installation
  1. We will be in touch with you to confirm the delivery method before issuing the final invoice.
  2. You will be emailed the invoice and required to make a payment within 14 days.
  3. Once we receive the payment, you will be allowed to collect the hot tub/get the hot tub delivered.


General Terms and Conditions

  1. We anticipate the next shipment will arrive in Australia in May 2022; however, we cannot guarantee delivery dates. If the shipment is delayed due to reasons outside of our control, such as delays in international sea freight, we will advise you and ensure you are up to date with delivery information.
  2. If you do not make a payment within the required timelines, we reserve the right to on-sell the product.

  1. We will only accept cancellations after the Stage 1 payment. You will be entitled to 100% refund in the first 30 days.
  2. You are entitled to 50% of the Payment 1 reservation fee if the cancellation request is made more than 30 days after the Stage 1 payment.
  3. We will not accept any cancellations after Stage 2 payment is made and you will forfeit Stage 1 and Stage 2 payments.
